  • This is a quick and easy recipe..
  • One 15 ounce can of pumpkin
  • one small box of SF vanilla or butterscotch pudding (instant)
  • 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice (or more)
  • 1 cup of low carb milk or 1/2 cup of cream 1/2 of water
  • Mix this all up with a hand mixer. Let set in the fridge. Serve as pudding with

  • to is a pretty cheesecake – pretty simple too. I had some leftover pumpkin and was wondering what to do with it and this recipe just sort of evolved. It’s particularly low in carbs as well.
  • 11/2 11/2 11/2 cups ground almonds (375 mL)
  • 3 3 3 tbsp SPLENDA® Granular (45 mL)
  • 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup melted butter (60 mL)
  • Filling:
  • 16 16 16 oz regular cream cheese (500 g)
  • to 2/3 to equal 2/3 cup (150 mL)
  • SPLENDA® Granular
  • 3 3 3 tbsp powdered erythritol (45 mL)
  • 2 2 2 eggs
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (2 mL)
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup canned pumpkin (125 mL)
  • to 2 to equal 2 tbsp (30 mL) SPLENDA® Granular
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 tsp cinnamon (2 mL)
  • 1/8 1/8 1/8 tsp ground cloves (0.5 mL)
  • 1/8 1/8 1/8 tsp nutmeg (0.5 mL)
  • 9-inch 350°F 10 to 15 combine ground almonds, SPLENDA® Granular and melted butter. Press into 9-inch (23 cm) glass pie dish and a little way up the sides. Bake in 350°F (180°C) oven 10 to 15 minutes, until turning golden brown.

  • I tweaked the Cook's Illustrated "perfect chocolate chip" recipe for us LCers..
  • Chocolate Chippers
  • 1 1/4 cups sifted almond flour
  • 1/4 cup vital wheat gluten or more almond flour
  • 1/4 vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda Note: you could leave out the vwg, I'm sure
  • 1 1/2 cup of sweetener
  • 1 tsp. molasses
  • 1 3/4 sticks of unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 1 85 of SF chocolate chips or chopped 85 Percent Lindt bar
  • 3/4 cup of pecan pieces or walnut pieces, toasted lightly
  • to 350. to 350. Line your cookie sheets with parchment paper
  • In a large bowl sift the dry ingredients together..flours/powder/baking soda/sweetener/salt.
  • to salt and vanilla to melted butter and whisk. Add yolk and egg and whisk until thoroughly mixed.
  • to gradually add your dry ingredients to the butter/egg mixture and whisk/stir until smooth..Fold in toasted nuts and chocolate chips.
  • 10-14 cookie dough onto parchment paper, pressing the dough down a bit so it is not lumpy. Bake cookies one tray at a time for 10-14 minutes or until

  • You have scaled this recipe's ingredients to yield a new amount (8). The directions below still refer to the original recipe yield (2).

  • Smoked Gouda-Stuffed Chicken Wrapped in Bacon
  • Yield: 4 servings
  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1/2 cup smoked gouda cheese
  • 4 slices bacon
  • Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Flatten each chicken breast to 1/4-inch thickness.
  • Combine pepper, garlic powder, paprika and the cayenne together in a small bowl and spread evenly on both sides of the chicken breasts. Salt to taste.
  • Cut the smoked Gouda into small pieces and place one quarter of the cheese on each breast. Press down firmly and roll the breast starting with the narrow end. Wrap each chicken breast with one piece of bacon.
  • Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Brown the chicken rolls evenly in the butter until the bacon begins to crisp. Place the four chicken rolls in a baking dish and bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes

  • ■1 whole Large (or 2 Small) Onions
  • ■2 sticks Butter (lots And Lots Of Butter)
  • ■2 pounds (to 3 Pounds) Cube Steak (tenderized Round Steak That's Been Extra Tenderized)
  • ■Lawry's Seasoned Salt (or Similar Seasoned Salt)
  • ■½ cups (approximately) Worcestershire Sauce
  • ■Tabasco Sauce, To Taste
  • ■4 whole French/deli Rolls (earthgrains Are Best!)
  • Preparation Instructions
  • Slice onions and cook in 1/4 stick butter until soft and light brown. Remove and set aside.
  • Slice cube steak against the grain. Season with Lawry’s.
  • Heat 2 tablespoons butter over high heat (in same skillet) until melted and beginning to brown. Add meat in single layer. Cook one side until brown, then flip and cook until brown, about a minute on both sides.
  • Add 1/2 cup (at least) Worcestershire sauce, 5 to 6 shakes Tabasco, and 2 tablespoons butter. Add cooked onions. Stir to combine.
  • Butter halved French rolls and brown in skillet.
  • To assemble, lay bottom half of French roll on plate. Place meat mixture, followed by a spoonful of juice from the pan. Top with other half of roll, cut in half, and devour!

  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 4 pork chops
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • Directions
  • 1 .Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • 2 .In a shallow bowl combine crushed crackers, garlic salt and pepper; mix well. In a separate bowl beat eggs.
  • 3 .Dip your pork chops in the egg batter and then in the cracker mixture. Place the pork chops in a casserole dish. Place chunks of the butter around the pork chops. Cover and bake for 45 minutes.
