  • Ingredients:
  • A favorite side dish for this chicken is Asian Broccoli Stir Fry
  • 3 •3 lbs chicken (any combination -- ideal if they are similar sizes -- works great for thighs, but I've done a variety)
  • 1/3 •1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 •1/4 cup oil, such as light olive oil or peanut oil
  • 1 •1 teaspoon garlic powder (or two garlic cloves, pressed)
  • 2 •2 teaspoons five spice powder
  • 1 •1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 •1 tablespoon dry sherry
  • Preparation:
  • Combine all ingredients except chicken, and use as marinade. Then, marinate chicken at least an hour, but can marinate overnight. Bake in a 375 F. oven (baste once or twice), or grill, for about 45 minutes or until done

  • 1/2 lb sliced ham luncheon meat
  • 8oz whipped cream cheese
  • spring onions
  • Spread chream cheese on ham. Place spring onion across the narrowest part of the ham and cut off excess onion. Roll ham, cream cheese & onion. Refrigerate and slice into 1/2" rounds just before serving.

These are my favorite muffins

  • These are my favorite muffins. I usually add blueberries and pecans.
  • Almond Flour Muffins
  • 3 cups of almond flour
  • 1-teaspoon baking soda
  • 1-teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4-teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup Splenda
  • 1/2 cup of yogurt (can sub sour cream + 1 tsp. vinegar if you don’t have yogurt)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1-tablespoon vanilla
  • 1/4 cup melted butter (if necessary)
  • Fruit or nuts of choice
  • Mix ingredients together, if batter is too thick add butter as needed to thin to muffin consistency. Add nuts or fruit if desired.
  • Put batter in paper lined muffin tins and bake 325° for 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in muffin comes out clean.

  • Yummy...a hot wings recipe for any day, any time. I've tried many spicy appetizer recipes, and this is my favorite, straight off of the bottle of Frank's Original Hot Sauce.
  • 2 1/2 •2 1/2 lb chicken wings
  • 1/2 •1/2 c. Frank's Original Hot Sauce
  • 1/3 •1/3 c. melted butter
  • Instructions:
  • Cook chicken wings in the oven on 425 for 1 hour or deep fry for 12 minutes, then coat in hot sauce/butter mixture (Toss in the bowl and remove with tongs)
  • Serve them up with plenty of paper towels and your cold beverage of choice

  • 8 cup fresh strawberries , halved
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cup fresh cubed cantaloupe
  • 4 tsp SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, granulated
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream , divided
  • 4 oz cream cheese , cut in chunks
  • Directions
  • 1 Combine cocoa and 1/2 cup cream in small saucepan or fondue pot over low heat; whisk to mix completely. When cocoa mixture is hot and thick, add remaining cream and cream cheese.
  • 2 Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth and thick. Add sucralose and vanilla; stir to mix.
  • 3 Keep fondue warm over very low heat. Arrange strawberries and melon on a plate. Use wooden skewers or fondue forks for dipping.
  • Additional Information
  • Can use whatever fruit is fresh and available, just count the carbs!

  • 1 to 2 to unsweetened coconut milk, almond milk or hwc, or just enough to make the dough less stiff (if needed)
  • 1 to 2 Tbs DaVinci's SF Syrup of choice (I used gingerbread but any will do)
  • 1/4 cup or more chopped nuts (I used pecans)
  • 1/2 Tbs vanilla extract
  • Cheese Filling Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup Softened Cream Cheese
  • 1 Tbs cinnamon
  • 2 4 granular sweetener or 4 drops liquid sweetener
  • Mix these together and set aside.
  • Instructions:
  • Mix Dry and Wet Ingredients together.
  • 5 6 5 min then fill a 6 greased muffin top pan.
  • to to dollop of the Cheese Filling on the top of the wet danish ingredients and spread around a little, pushing down some to get into the wet danish ingredients. Don't spread too much, you just want this to be in the middle of the danish.
  • 12-14 350 min in a 350 degree oven or until they look dry and done.
  • Serve warm with a nice cup of coffee or tea!
  • 20 to these in the fridge and warm them for 20 seconds on high in the micro or leave them on the counter for a bit to warm up!
