- BREAD PUDDING:
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 can (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 cups (12 ounce) challah bread cut into 3/4" cubes
- 2 1/2 cups fresh pineapple, chopped
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- GLAZE:
- 1/3 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 teaspoons whole milk

- 2-1/2 lbs smoked ham hocks
