Blintz Souffle

Blintz Souffle is an easy and delicious recipe to make for any occasion
- 12 frozen blintzes ,assorted flavors, defrosted just enough to separate
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon sugar
Peanut Butter Pie

1. Mix all ingredinets till smooth and creamy pour into pie crusts and freeze overnight
- TOPPING:
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 16 oz. coffee rich
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup confectioners sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp. vanilla sugar
- 2 graham cracker pie crusts,chocolate
- melted chocolate
- Viennese crunch or peanut brittle crunch
Caramel Pie

1. Preheat oven to 350. 2
- 2 sticks margarine
- 8 ounces tofutti cream cheese
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1 cup caramel chips
- 2 graham cracker pie crusts
Parmesan Broccoli

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 6 6 6 cups broccoli
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup butter,melted
- 1 1 1 cup panko
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Baby French String Beans

1. Wash and trim stem ends of beans
- 1 pnd. baby french string beans
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 cup toasted sesame oil
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 2 tbsp. frozen garlic
- 1 tbsp. sesame seeds
- 1 tsp. sea salt
Strawberry Kiwi Sorbet

1)Combine the sugar and water in a small saucepan and place over low heat
- 3/4 C. plus 2 T. sugar
- 3/4 C. water
- 3-4 medium-size ripe kiwis
- 1 C. sliced fresh strawberries
- juice of 1 lime
- 1/2 t. vanilla extract
Sesame Peanut Noodles

1. Cook noodles according to package
- 8 oz. spagetti
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 3 tbsp. peanut butter
- 2 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. vegetable broth
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- sesame seeds
- broccoli,steamed
Breaded Salmon With grilled Vegetables

1. Mix together mustard,honey,olive oil and lemon juice, reserve half for sauce
- MARINADE SAUCE:
- 4-6 salmon fillets,cubed
- 1/2 cup flavored bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup cornflake crumbs
- 4 tbsp. mustard
- 4 tbsp. honey
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- Grilled Vegetables:
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 1 yellow pepper
- 1 red onion
- 15 fresh mushrooms
- oil, to sprinkle
- salt and pepper, to sprinkle
Sesame Noodles

1. Cook linguine according to package instructions
- 1 pkg.(16 oz.) linguine
- 6 cloves frozen garlic
- 6 tbsp. sugar
- 6 tbsp. safflower oil
- 6 tbsp. rice vinegar
- 6 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- 6 scallions, sliced
- 1 tsp. sesame seeds, toasted
London Broil with Salad

1 Combine all sauce ingredients in a zip-lock back add meat
- 4 pound london broil
- MARINADE
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 6 cloves garlic
- DRESSING
- 1 cup oil
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds
- 1 small can manderine oranges
