Roasted Turkey Noodle Soup

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 2 pounds turkey drumsticks
- 1 1/2 pounds turkey wings
- 2 turkey necks
- 1 medium onion,unpeeled,cut into wedges
- 2 small carrots,peeled cut into chunks
- 7 cloves garlic,peeled
- 4 quarts+ 10 cups water,divided
- 2-3 carrots,diced
- 2-3 celery ribs,diced
- 2-3 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. each onion powder,garlic powder,and poultry seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- pepper, to taste
- a few generous handfuls of thin noodles
- 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
Honey Cake

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup less 1 tbsp. oil
- 3/4 cup honey
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. cocoa
- 1 1/2 tsp instant coffee dissolved in 1 cup boiling water
Asian Burgers

1. Combine all ingredients and form into 4 large patties
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 4 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
- 2 cloves garlic,peeled and crushed

Blueberry Custard Trifle

- 3 eggs
- 1 cup plus 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 6 tbsp. oil

- BLUEBERRY FILLING:
- 1 12oz. bag frozen blueberries
- 3 tsp. corn starch

- 16 oz. whipping cream
- 1/2 cup instant vanilla pudding
- 1 pound (454 grams) vanilla custard
- GARNISH:

- 1/2 pound semi- or bittersweet chocolate, cut into roughly 1/2-inch chunks with a serrated knife
