Berry Delicious Crumble Tart

1. Heat oven to 450 degrees
- CRUST:
- 1 pie crust(from tart recipe)
- TOPPING:
- 1 cup oats
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- dash salt
- 1/2 cup margarine
- FILLING:
- 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
- 2 cups blueberries
- 1/2 cup seedless raspberry jam
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tbsp. orange juice
Cherry Tomato Crisp

- 3 tbsp. olive oil, plus more for coating the dish
- 2 pints cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp. dried minced onion
- 2 cloves fresh garlic,minced
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
