1. Mix the sugar,cornstarch,flour,and salt in a saucepan
- LEMON FILLING:
- 1 pie crust
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/3 cup cornstarch
- 6 tbsp. flour

- water - 12 cups
- leek - 1 bunch, white and pale parts only, cleaned and chopped
- potatoes - 3, cubed
