Sweet Spinach Color Salad

1. Combine all salad ingredients,besides almonds
- SALAD:
- fresh spinach
- purple cabbage,grated
- carrots,grated
- english cucumber,sliced
- heirloom tomatoes,halved
- red and yellow pepper,cubed
- honey glazed almonds
- DRESSING:
- 1 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 tbsp. mustard
- 1 clove fresh garlic,crushed
Roasted Garlic Chicken and Baby Vegetables

1. Rinse chicken and pat dry, put in roasting pan
- 6 pieces chicken
- 20 small fingerling potatoes
- 10 baby carrots
- 10 baby zucchini
- 10 baby red bell peppers
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 4 cubes frozen garlic
- 1 tbsp. paprika
- 1 tbsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
Carrot Muffins

1. Preheat oven to 350. Boil carrots and blend in food processor
- 6 large carrots
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 3 teaspoons cinnamon
- pinch of salt
Meat Wellingtons

1. Combine all dough ingredients then add water to get a pizza dough texture
- DOUGH:
- 3 cups flour
- 2 tsp. dry yeast
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 6 tbsp. oil
- 1/2 cup water,warm
- FILLING:
- 2 large onions
- 1 pound very finely chopped London broil or ground beef
- Salt and pepper to taste
Shlishkes

1. Boil potatoes in salted water until soft
- 2 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 2 tsp. sugar
Blueberry Pie

1. Wash and dry blueberries
- CRUST:
- 1 graham cracker crust
- FILLING:
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 7 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 3 tbsp. water
- 5 cups blueberries
- TOPPING:
- 1/4 sugar
- 1/2 flour
- 1/4 margarine
Pie Filling Kugel

Can be used as a dessert. Serve hot or cold
- 3 apples
- 1 can comstock pie filling, cherry and blueberry work well
- 1 cup flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 stick margarine, melted
Cherry Tomato and Asparagus Salad

1. Boil asparagus in a large pot of salted water for 2 minutes
- 1 pound asparagus, trimmed and halved
- 6 cups halved cherry, grape, and pear tomatoes in varied colors
- 1 ripe avocado, cut into cubes
- 1 cup sliced basil leaves
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Turkey Salad

1. Combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl, set aside
- SALAD:
- Lettuce
- cherry tomatoes
- french fried onions
- 1/4 pound. slab of turkey,cubed
- DRESSING:
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 3 drops teriyaki sauce
- 3 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. chopped parsley(fresh)
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 tbsp. sugar

ICE CREAM: Beat egg whites on high speed until stiff
- ICE CREAM:
- 8 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla sugar
- 1 (8 oz) carton whipped topping
- 5 tbsp. chocolate syrup
- APPLES:
- 4 cortland apples
- 1 jar cherry pie filling
- CRUMBS:
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup+4 tbsp. flour
- TOPPING:
- chocolate syrup
- 1/4 cup ground walnuts
