Sweet Spinach Color Salad

Ingredients

• SALAD:
• fresh spinach
• purple cabbage,grated
• carrots,grated
• english cucumber,sliced
• heirloom tomatoes,halved
• red and yellow pepper,cubed
• honey glazed almonds
• DRESSING:
• 1 cup mayo
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup water
• 1/4 cup vinegar
• 1 tbsp. mustard
• 1 clove fresh garlic,crushed

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine all salad ingredients,besides almonds.
2. Combine all dressing ingredients.
3. Pour dressing on top right before serving and sprinkle almonds on top.
