  • DOUGH:

  • 3

    cups flour

  • 2

    tsp. dry yeast

  • ¾

    tsp. salt

  • 2

    tbsp. sugar

  • 6

    tbsp. oil

  • ½

    cup water,warm


  • 2

    large onions

  • 1

    pound very finely chopped London broil or ground beef

  • Salt and pepper to taste


1. Combine all dough ingredients then add water to get a pizza dough texture. Add more water if needed. Cover and let rise for an hour. 2. Saute the onions,add the meat,add salt and pepper. Leave till meat cooked, stirring often. 3. Make dough into 12 balls. Roll each one out as thin as possible. Add a tbsp. of filling. Bring up sides and remove extra dough. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
