Roasted Ranch Pretzels

Mix togther & bake in oven @ 200 degress for 6 hours
- 2 - 1 lb bags mini twist pretzels
- 1 bottle Orville Redenbacher popcorn oil
- 1 1/2 packages ranch dressing mix
- 1 T dill weed
- 1 t garlic salt
Peanut Butter Oreo Ice Cream Pie

I made this for Keith's 35th birthday and it was a hit!
- 1 (15.5 ounce) package oreo cookies – you’ll have a few leftover
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups cold heavy cream
- 1 cup hot fudge sauce
- peanut butter cups, for garnish
Oreo Mint Delight

Mix crushed cookies and butter in medium bowl
- 35 Oreo cookies (1 whole pkg.) – I prefer mint flavor
- 6 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- 1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 (12 oz.) tub Cool Whip, thawed
- 3 1/4 c. cold milk
- 2 pkg. instant Jell-O pudding
- optional: more crushed Oreos or Andes Mint baking chips to sprinkle on top
Healthy Crockpot Buffalo Chicken

- 1 cup Vegetable Oil

- 2 packages Active Dry Yeast, 0.25 Ounce Packets
- 8 cups (Plus 1 Cup Extra, Reserved) All-purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon (heaping) Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon (scant) Baking Soda
- 1 Tablespoon (heaping) Salt
- Plenty Of Melted Butter
- 2 cups Sugar
- Generous Sprinkling Of Cinnamon

- 1/2 cup Milk

- 1/4 cup Brewed Coffee (I've substituted with coke or more milk)

- 1 large plum tomato, seeded

- 1/3 c hummus (8oz container)

- CAKE:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 1/2 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, preferably Dutch process
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup neutral vegetable oil, such as canola, soybean or vegetable blend
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped peanut brittle (I skipped this)
- FROSTING:
- 10 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 stick (4 ounces) unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 5 cups confectioners’ sugar, sifted
- 2/3 cup smooth peanut butter, preferably a commercial brand (because oil doesn’t separate out)
- CHOCOLATE GLAZE:
- 8 ounces semisweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 3 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
- 1/2 cup half-and-half

- Cake:
- 1 &1/2 C cooking oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 C. sugar
- 3 C. grated carrots
- 2 C. +2 T. flour
- 2 t. cinnamon
- 1 t. salt
- 2 t. baking soda
- Cream Cheese Frosting:
- 1 sq. melted butter
- 8 oz chream cheese
- 1 pkg (1lb) powdered sugar
- 1 t. vanilla
- 1 C. chopped nuts (I use walnuts)
