Preheat oven to 375 degrees and line a cookie sheet with parchment
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 stick (4 ounces) plus 2 Tbl. unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup plus 2 Tbl. granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup blanched and peeled hazelnuts, toasted
- 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar, sifted

Layer two 15 inch sheets of heavy duty foil and fold them together around the edges to create one sheet

- 1/2 cup julienned roasted red bell pepper
- 1 rotisserie chicken, skin removed and meat shredded

- 2 Tbl. chopped fresh cilantro, plus more for topping

Place a baking sheet in the oven and preheat to 400 degrees
- 1 - 14.5 oz. box refrigerated pie dough
- All purpose flour, for dusting
- 2 Tbl. unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 5 assorted apples, such as McIntosh, Granny Smith and Pink Lady (about 2 lbs.)
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 2/3 cup confectioners' sugar
- 2 Tbl. milk, plus more if needed
