- 3/4 - 1 cup peeled, seeded and chopped tomato
- 8 fresh basil leaves, torn into 1/2" pieces
- Cheese (of your choice)

Ranch-Style Steak Kabobs

Heat grill to medium high heat
- 4 new potatoes, cut in half
- 1/4 cup Kraft Ranch Dressing, divided
- 1 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, cut lengthwise into 1/2-inch thick slices
- 3 cherry tomatoes
Banana Cake

Cream shortening and sugar until blended
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 3 bananas, mashed
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup sour cream

Mashed Potato Soup

Prick potatoes all over with a fork; microwave on high until cooked through, turning once, 12 to 15 minutes
- 4 baking potatoes
- 4 slices bacon
- 4 Tbl. unsalted butter
- 1/3 cup all purpose flour
- 4 cup milk
- 4 oz. shredded Monterey Jack
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 Tbl. chopped chives

Combine all ingredients and cook uncovered at 375 degrees for 1 hour
- 1 bag tator tots (frozen)
- 1 - 16 oz. sour cream
- 1/2 stick melted butter
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Baklava

Position a rack in the lower third of oven; preheat to 350 degrees
- For the syrup:
- 1 lb. pistachios and/or walnuts, coarsely ground, plus more for garnish
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon, or to taste
- 1 cup ground zwieback crackers or bread crumbs
- 4 sticks unsalted butter, melted
- 16 sheets phyllo dough (thawed, if frozen), cut in half
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 (6 to 8 oz.) jar honey
- 1 to 2 Tbl. fresh lemon juice
BBQ Chicken Quesdillas**

- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup red pepper, chopped
- 8 green onions, sliced
- 10 - 6 " flour tortillas
- 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Spaghetti Tacos

- 1/2 lb. spaghetti, uncooked
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 1/2 cups spaghetti sauce
- 2 cups chopped lettuce
- 1/2 cup finely chopped tomatoes
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 Tbl. Zesty Italian dressing
- 12 hard taco shells, warmed
- 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
No Yolks Chicken Skillet**

- 2/3 pkg. No Yolks noodles
- 1 Tbl. olive oil
- 8 oz. chicken, cut up
- 1 green onions
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 3 Tbl. teriyaki sauce
- 2 Tsp. corn starch
Beer Butt Chicken

- Basting spray:
- 1 (4-5 lb.) chicken
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. dry yellow mustard
- 1 Tbl. sea salt
- 1 tsp. brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 can beer
- 2 cup cider
- 2 Tbl. olive oil
- 2 Tbl. balsamic vinegar
