Drain 24 oz. jar of pickle halves, reserving the brine
- 24 oz. jar pickle halves
- 1 onion, cut into wedges
- olive oil
One-Pot Broccoli Alfredo Pasta

Add pasta, garlic, salt, pepper, olive oil and water to a alrge skillet
- 1 lb. Penne Pasta, uncooked
- 6 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 Tbl. olive oil
- 4 cups water
- 1 head broccoli, trimmed and cut into bite-sized florets
- 4 Tbl. unsalted butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese plus more for serving
Meatloaf***

Combine all ingredients and cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup onions, diced
- 2 Tbl. parsley
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground sage
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- Topping: 3/4 cup ketchup, 1 tsp. dry mustard, & 2 Tbl. brown sugar

In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first seven ingredients; add the chicken

- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced

Crockpot Pepper Steak Recipe

1. Place the beef, peppers and onions in a slow cooker
- 1.5 lbs beef strips ( I use thinly sliced round steaks and slice them into strips)
- 1 green pepper, sliced thick
- 1 red pepper, sliced think
- 1/2 onion sliced thick
- 1 1/2 cups of beef stock
- 3 Tbl. of soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
