Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad

Boil water, add the pasta, and cook according to package instructions
- 10 oz. bow tie pasta
- 3 chicken breast
- 3 Tbl. olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 heads romaine lettuce, cut into 1-2 inch pieces
- Parmesan, to taste
- 3/4 cup caesar salad dressing
Steak Kebabs

In a shallow dish, combine first 6 ingredients
- 2 Tbl. soy sauce
- 2 Tbl. honey
- 1 Tbl. grated fresh ginger
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp. grated lemon peel
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper
- 12 ounces boneless sirloin steak, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- 4 large mushrooms
- 1 green peppers
Beef Stir-Fry with French Fries

Bake the fries as the label directs
- 1 pound frozen french fries (about 5 cups)
- 1 1 -pound boneless rib-eye steak, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic (1 grated, 2 sliced)
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 large red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 jalapeno pepper, chopped (remove seeds for less heat)
- 8 Campari or other small vine-ripened tomatoes (about 10 ounces), quartered
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
Baby Greens with Radishes and Sunflower Seeds

Directions Combine the lettuce, arugula, radishes, cucumbers and sunflower seeds in a large bowl
- 6 heads Little Gem lettuce, torn into large pieces
- 4 cups baby arugula (about 3 ounces)
- 8 radishes, thinly sliced
- 2 Persian cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup salted roasted sunflower seeds
- 3/4 cup green goddess dressing (see directions)
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
Milk Chocolate Florentine Cookies

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 2/3 cup butter
- 2 cups quick oats
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2/3 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup light or dark corn syrup
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 3/4 cups (11.5 oz.) Milk Chocolate Morsels
Slow Cooker Bolognese Sauce

Melt butter in a large pan over medium heat
- 1 TBL unsalted butter
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 celery rib, finely chopped
- 1 carrot, finely chopped
- 2 lbs. lean ground beef
- salt and pepper
- pinch of nutmeg
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 cup white wine
- 2 28-oz. cans crushed tomatoes
Zucchini Slaw

- 2 medium zucchini
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3 Tbl. rice vinegar
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 thinly sliced red onion
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
