Chipotle and Roasted Tomato Braised Chicken

Season the chicken all over with salt and pepper
- 1 chicken, 3 to 4 lb. (1.5 to 2 kg), cut into 8 serving pieces
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- 2 Tbs. olive oil
- 1 jar chipotle and roasted tomato braising sauce
- 3/4 lb. (375 g) dried pappardelle or fettuccine
- 2 Tbs. unsalted butter
- Chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley for garnish
Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Dip

1 In slow cooker, add cream cheese and 1 cup of the chicken
- 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups shredded deli rotisserie chicken
- 1 cup hot sauce
- 1 cup blue cheese dressing or ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 oz)
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (2 oz)
- Toasted sliced bread, crackers or celery sticks, as desired

- SALAD
- 8 spears asparagus, sliced into 2-inch pieces
- 1/2 tablespoon canola oil
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1 large avocado, peeled, pitted and sliced
- DRESSING
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Sticky Baked Chicken Wings

For the wings: Place the wings in a resealable plastic bag
- Wings:
- 2 pounds chicken wings, split and tips discarded
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice, from 1 lime
- Sauce:
- 3 tablespoons clover honey
- 1 tablespoon Korean chili paste
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and smashed

Soak the bread crumbs in water to cover for 5 minutes
- 2 Cup panko bread crumbs
- 2 Pound ground turkey
- 4 Ounces prosciutto di parma (cut into 1/8-inch dice)
