Peanut Butter Chicken

Mix milk, peanut butter, egg, salt and pepper until smooth
- For Sauce:
- 1 lb. boneless chicken, cut into "fingers" (lengthwise strips)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
- 1 egg
- salt and pepper
- plain dry breadcrumbs and/or cornflake crumbs
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/4 cup water (or more if too thick)
- 1 teaspoon or so of honey (optional)
Alfalfa Hearts

Preheat oven to 350º F. Combine flours, bone meal, yeast, lecithin and alfalfa leaves
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup soy flour
- 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
- 3 tablespoons alfalfa sprouts, chopped
- 1 cup brown rice, cooked
- 3 tablespoons canola oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon bone meal (optional)

- 3/4 pound whole wheat spaghetti
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 1/4 pounds ground beef (I used 93% lean)

- 1 tbsp olive oil or 5 sprays of fry light
- 600 g chicken breast
- 2 large carrots - peeled and sliced
- 150 g mushrooms - sliced
- 2 onions - sliced
- 2 cloves garlic - crushed
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 400g can chopped tomatoes
- 300 ml chicken stock - from a cube is fine
- 2 tbsps tomato puree
- 1/2 tsp browning (optional, adds colour)
