- 1 1/2 cups KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese, divided
- 2 cans (10 oz. each) red enchilada sauce, divided
- 12 corn tortillas (6 inch), warmed
- 1 tablespoon milk

Preparation Instructions In a large pot of boiling water drizzle some olive oil and 1 tablespoon of salt
- 4 whole Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 12 ounces, weight Egg Noodles (I Prefer Angel Hair)
- 1 whole Onion, Chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, Pressed
- 1/2 cups Carrots, Chopped
- 1/2 cups Celery, Chopped
- 1/4 cups Butter
- 1 can Cream Of Mushroom Soup (10 Ounce Can)
- 1 can Cream Of Chicken Soup (10 Ounce Can)

The Brown Hotel’s Hot Brown Casserole

In a large saucepan, melt butter
- 1 cup butter
- 3/4 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 6 cups milk
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 16 slices white bread, toasted
- 16 slices roast turkey
- Paprika
- 1 cup bacon bits (1/4 to 1/2 pound uncooked bacon)
- 1 cup tomato, seeded and diced
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
Creamy Avocado Pasta

1. Bring several cups of water to a boil in a medium sized pot
- 1 medium sized ripe Avocado, pitted
- 1/2 lemon, juiced + lemon zest to garnish
- 2 to 3 garlic cloves, to taste (I used 3 and it was quite garlicky, but if you are not a big fan of garlic use 1 clove)
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, or to taste
- 1/4 cup Fresh Basil, (probably optional)
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 servings/6 oz of your choice of pasta (I used 3oz of spelt and 3 oz of Kamut spaghetti)
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Homemade Soft Pretzels

Combine the water, sugar and kosher salt in the bowl of a stand mixer and sprinkle the yeast on top
- 1 1/2 cups warm (110 to 115 degrees F) water
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 package active dry yeast
- 22 ounces all-purpose flour, approximately 4 1/2 cups
- 2 ounces unsalted butter, melted
- Vegetable oil, for pan
- 10 cups water
- 2/3 cup baking soda
- 1 large egg yolk beaten with 1 tablespoon water
- Pretzel salt
Broccoli Casserole

Preheat oven to 400º. Saute the onion in butter until soft
- 2 heads broccoli
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 stick of butter or margarine
- 1 block Philly Cream Cheese, room temperature
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
