- chopped ham or kielbasa*
- 2 green onions or red onion chopped
- *or substitute 1/2 cup Philly herb and garlic cream cheese.

- Stuffing:
- 6 cups plain flour
- 2 cups lukewarm yogurt
- 1 cup olive oil
- 3 tsp. yeast dissolved in a 1/2 cup warm water

- 4 large onions, finely chopped
- 1 lb. minced lamb

- 2 cups Basmati rice
- 2 1/2 cups water
