- 1 1/2 cups chopped broccoli
- 1/3 cup light herb and garlic cream cheese
- 6 oz. skinless salmon fillet
- 2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- pinch each salt and freshly ground pepper

- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup wheat bran
- 1/2 cup flax seed
- 1/4 cup Splenda
- 2 tsp. baking powder

- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 Omega-3 egg, lightly beaten

- Spread:
- 12 ounces sliced mushrooms
- 1 rotisserie chicken
- 2 roasted red peppers
- 130 gram pkg. goat cheese
- 8 small whole wheat tortillas
