No-Bake Crispy Corn Flake Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars

Line 8- by 8-inch baking pan with foil
- 4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) unsalted butter
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1/3 cup light brown sugar
- Pinch salt
- 4 cups corn flakes, lightly crushed
- 1/3 cup salted peanuts, chopped and divided
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 4 ounces bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
No Bake Coconut Cream Pie Parfait

Place crust ingredients in a small bowl
- Crust:
- 2 pkgs (3.4 oz each) instant coconut cream pudding
- 2 cups evaporated milk, chilled
- 1 cup cold water
- 2 cups (8 oz tub) extra-creamy whipped topping

- Topping:

For the cake: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and grease and flour one 9-by-12-by-2-inch cake pan

- One 3-ounce package lime flavored gelatin
- 1 1/3 cups granulated sugar
- 2 cups sifted all-purpose flour

- One 8-ounce package cream cheese, room temperature
- One 1 pound box confectioners' sugar
Cranberry Relish

Drain pineapple juices into measuring cup
- 12 ounce bag fresh cranberries
- 1 Cup crushed Pineapple (reserve juice and use remaining pineapple for another use*)
- 1/2 C Sugar
- 1/2 C Walnuts
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- Add Sugar to taste.
