Soak the rice in chicken stock
- 2 Boxes Uncle Bens Wild rice
- 2 cans Chicken stock to soak rice in
- 2 cups Chicken stock to mix with soups
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 med. onion, chopped
- 1 Green Pepper chopped
- 3 c. cubed turkey or chicken
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pkg mushrooms (I did not add mushrooms)
