Cream of Mushroom Soup

Saute onion in butter. Add garlic, stir in flour till blended
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 small onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 3 tbsp flour
- 3 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 3 cups sliced mushrooms
- 2 2/3 cups cream
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- Salt and Pepper
- Grated nutmeg
Crunchy Asian Noodle Slaw

Directions 1. In a shallow baking pan, spread out sesame seeds and celery seeds
- 1 tablespoon white sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon black or white sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon celery seeds
- 1/3 cup sesame oil (not toasted), peanut oil or vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup rice vinegar or cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger or 1 tablespoon finely chopped pickled ginger
- 1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1/8 - 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1 3 ounce package chicken- or beef-flavored ramen noodles, broken into small pieces
- 4 cups shredded green cabbage (about 1/2 of a medium head) or 1/2 of a 16-ounce package shredded cabbage with carrot (coleslaw mix)
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets, coarsely chopped
Glazed Salmon

1. Adjust oven rack to middle position and heat oven to 300 degrees
- 1 tsp light brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp cornstarch
- 4 center-cut skin-on salmon fillets, 6 to 8 ounces each.

White Chicken Chili

Directions Drain and rinse the canned white beans
- 2 (14.5-ounce) cans white beans
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 medium jalapeno pepper, minced
- 2 medium poblano peppers, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon ancho chili powder
- 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 limes, juiced, plus lime wedges, for serving
- 1 rotisserie chicken, skin removed and meat shredded
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro leaves
- Sour cream, for topping
- Tortilla chips, coarsely crushed, for topping
Honeyed Carrots

Gumbo

Garlic Chicken & Herb Pizza With Artichokes

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F
- 1 Pre-made Pizza Crust
- Olive Oil To Mist The Crust
- 2 tsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 lb Chicken Breast, diced
- Salt & Pepper To Taste
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder, or to taste
- 1 × 12 oz can Artichoke Hearts, drained and diced, reserving 1 cup of the drained liquid
- 1/2 cup Garlic & Herb Cream Cheese Spread
- 1/2 cup Fresh Baby Spinach Leaves, washed and dried
- 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, freshly grated
Mexican Radish Slaw

- Toss 1 head shredded cabbage and 1 bunch thinly sliced radishes with 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 teaspoon salt and the juice of 1/2 lime; let sit 15 minutes. Just before serving, toss with 1 small bunch chopped cilantro and 1 to 2 thinly sliced jalapenos.

- 4 tsp grated lime zest
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 4 tsp grated lemon zest
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup superfine sugar

- 2 cups crushed ice
- 1 cup agave tequila, preferably Reposado
- 1 cup triple sec
Roasted Potatoes

- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic
