  • Red Leicester or Cheddar
  • 4 Streaky Bacon, about 4 rashers per potato
  • 50 50ml 50ml Hot Sauce, for glazing
  • How You Make It:
  • 40 to potatoes in foil and bake for 40 minutes. Leave to cool in the foil, then unwrap. Cut the top and bottom off your potato, then hollow out from one side, leaving a bit of potato still intact at the bottom.
  • 10 your potato with hot sauce, add more cheese and pop back in the oven for 10 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.
  • Destroy.
