Pomegranate Cosmos

Mix pomegranate juice, vodka, lime juice, Cointreau (or Grand Marnier), ginger juice and sugar in a large pitcher
- 2 1/4 cups pomegranate juice
- 2 1/4 cups vodka
- 1 cup lime juice
- 3/4 cup Cointreau, or Grand Marnier
- 1/4 cup ginger juice, (see Note)
- 2 tablespoons sugar, preferably superfine “bar sugar,” plus more for the rims
- Strips of lime zest, for garnish
Chicken Enchilada Dip Recipe

In a 2-qt. microwave-safe dish, combine the first eight ingredients
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (5 ounces) evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/3 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chilies
- 1 envelope taco seasoning

Directions Mix cream cheese, lemon juice, basil, onion salt, oregano, and thyme
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon onion salt
- 1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/8 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1-2 cups shredded chicken
- 2 cans refrigerated crescent roll dough
Fresh Lime & Jalapeno Margarita

In the bottom of a pitcher, muddle the jalapeno slices with the lime juice
- 1/2 cup fresh-squeezed lime juice (no exceptions!)
- 1/2 large green jalapeno pepper, sliced thin
- 4 ounces silver tequila
- 2 ounces honey
- 2 tablespoons sea salt
- 2 lime wedges for garnish
- 2 sprigs cilantro for garnish (optional)

- Baking Potatoes
- Chilli con carne
- Red Leicester or Cheddar
- 4 Streaky Bacon, about 4 rashers per potato
- 50 50ml 50ml Hot Sauce, for glazing
- How You Make It:
- 40 to potatoes in foil and bake for 40 minutes. Leave to cool in the foil, then unwrap. Cut the top and bottom off your potato, then hollow out from one side, leaving a bit of potato still intact at the bottom.
- 10 your potato with hot sauce, add more cheese and pop back in the oven for 10 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.
- Destroy.
