Grilled Garlic Citrus Flank Steak

- 10 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 t salt
- 1/2 t black pepper, cracked
- 1 t oregano
- 1 c orange juice
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/4 c Olive Oil
- 1 1/2 lbs (24 oz) flank steak, trimmed of visible fat
Taco Soup

Brown ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat in a saucepan, stirring occasionally
- 16 oz lean ground beef
- 1/2 C yellow onion, chopped
- 1 recipe taco seasoning
- 14 oz tomato sauce
- 14 oz diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 14 oz kidney beans, dark, drained
- 1 C water
- 1 C corn, frozen
- 4 oz green chilies, chopped
- 1/2 C garbanzo beans, smashed
Slow Cooker Lasagna

DIRECTIONS Brown the ground beef in a skillet over moderate heat; drain any excess fat
- 16 oz (1 lb) ground beef, 96 % lean
- 2 c eggplant, diced (no need to peel it)
- 1 jar low-sodium marinara sauce
- 1/4 t red pepper flakes
- 2 t dried thyme
- 1 1/4 c water
- 15 oz. ricotta cheese, part skim
- 1 T parsley chopped
- 1/4 c egg substitute(or 1 egg white)
- 1 c shredded Italian blend cheese
- 6 lasagna noodles, dried, no boil variety
Pork Sausage BBQ Sauce

combine all ingredients and pour over sausage while cooking in skillet
- 1 c Catsup
- 1/2 c Cidar vinegar
- 1-1/2 tbs worcestershire
- 1-1/2 tbs mustard
- 1 chopped onion
Caesar Dressing

Mix all together - if using immersion blender mix in some parmasean cheese Toss with romaine lettuce, croutons and
- 1 tsp Anchovy Paste
- 1 clove Garlic
- Juice of half lemon
- 1 tbs Worchestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 raw egg
- 1/4 c olive oil
Tuna with Wasabi Sauce

1. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the teriyaki sauce, vinegar and oil; add tuna
- 1/4 cup reduced-sodium teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 4 tuna steaks (8 ounces each)
- 1/2 cup wasabi mayonnaise (make with wasabi paste and mayo)
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onion
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
Jamaican Jerk Rub

Combine all ingredients in a bowl; mix well
- 1/3 cup paprika
- 2 tablespoons ground allspice
- 4 teaspoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg

- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 c fat free, low sodium chicken brother
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp fish sauce
- 2 garlic cloves
- 4 salmon filets
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Chicken Oregano with Sweet Peppers

1. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper
- 1.5 lbs. chicken pieces, skin removed
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
