- 1 angel food cake, prepared
- 1 (1-ounce) package vanilla pudding mix, fat-free sugar-free
- 1 1/2 cups skim milk
- 2 (8-ounce) containers fat-free Cool Whip
- 4 (2 1/8-ounce) size Butterfinger candy bars

Melt chocolate bar and peanut butter in microwave until smooth at 30 second intervals, being careful not to burn
- 1 cup Fiber One cereal
- 1 (1.55 oz.) Hersey's Milk Chocolate bar
- 1 TBS. peanut butter, smooth or chunky
Blueberry Crumb Coffee Cake

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
- Crumble topping:
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- Cake:
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 3 cups fresh blueberries (or frozen, but do not thaw!)

- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter

Yellow Squash Casserole

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- 2 pounds of yellow squash (about 4 cups)
- 1/2 large onion, chopped
- 1 sleeve of Ritz Crackers (about 35 crackers)
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cups milk
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- salt and pepper, to taste
Best Darn Ham Sandwiches

These lil scrumptious Ham and Swiss cheese sandwiches are made with small dinner size Hawaiian rolls
- 2 -12 packages of sweet Hawaiian rolls (the small dinner roll looking ones)
- 1 1/2 pounds Virginia Ham, not honey ham
- 12 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 stick real butter
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder or minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon onion powder, or minced onion
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds or sesame Seeds
Carmelized Baked Chicken

Directions: Preheat oven to 350
- Directions:
- 2 1/2 lbs chicken legs or wings
- 1 2/3 tablespoons olive oil (to help it stop sticking to the pan)
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 2/3 tablespoons ketchup
- 3/4 cup honey
- 2 -3 garlic cloves, minced
- salt and pepper (optional)

- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh basil, or 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 Garlic cloves-crushed, or 1/2 teas. Garlic powder
- 2 Medium Zucchini, chunked
- 1 Medium Red Pepper, cut in 1 inch slices
- 2 Yellow crooked neck squash, chunked
- 1 Large Red Onion, cut in wedges
- 1 8 oz. package mushrooms, halved
