Land of Nod Cinnamon Buns

Grease a 10" bundt pan and add frozen rolls, sprinkle with brown sugar, pudding powder, cinnamon and raisins
- 24 frozen dinner dough rolls (petite)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup vanilla instant pudding
- 1 - 2 tbsp cinnamon
- 3/4 cup raisins (optional)
- 1/2 cup melted butter
Pasta With Zucchini and Ham

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil
- Kosher salt
- 10 ounces gemelli or cavatelli pasta
- 1 medium zucchini
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- Pinch of red pepper flakes
- 2 medium tomatoes, cut into chunks
- 1/4 pound thinly sliced Black Forest ham, cut into strips

TENDERLOIN OF BEEF WITH RED WINE MUSHROOM SAUCE

In large frying pan melt margarine over medium-high heat
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 1 lb. halved peeled shallots
- 1 lb. sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 1 cup demi-glace*
- 1 tbsp. cracked black peppercorns
- 21/2 lb. beef tenderloin
- 1 Tbsp. cracked black peppercorns
Teriyaki & Ginger Pork Tenderloins

In a small bowl, whisk the teriyaki sauce, oil and brown sugar
- 1/2 cup reduced-sodium teriyaki sauce
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 4 teaspoons brown sugar

- 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of broccoli soup, undiluted

- 2 cups frozen corn, thawed
- 1-1/2 cups frozen California-blend vegetables, thawed
