- 1 (6-ounce) jar of marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1/4 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Light Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil, drained and finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 (15-inch) loaf Italian or French bread, cut into 1/2-inch slices and toasted
Homemade Ketchup

1.Pour everything into a sauce pot and bring to a simmer over medium heat
- 1 can chopped tomatoes (28 oz)
- 1 can tomato paste (small)
- 1 large chopped onion
- 1 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 spoonfuls nutmeg (heaping)
- 2 pinches ground allspice
- 2 bay leaves (or 3)
- a sprinkle or two of salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 300°F. Grease an 8-by-8-inch baking pan
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 cup dark brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 cup salted butter, softened
- 1 large egg
- 2 tsps. pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup (4 oz.) chopped pecans
- 1 1/2 cups (9 ozs.) semisweet chocolate chips

- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup butter at room temperature (do not use marg)
- 3/4 cup packed light-or dark brown sugar

- 2/3 cup pecans, chopped coarse
- 2/3 cup chips: semisweet chocolate, butterscotch, peanut butter, vanilla-milk or a combination
