Chex Party Mix

Melt marg and add salt and worchestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup marg.
- 1 1/4 tsp garlic salt
- 4 1/2 tsp worstershire sauce
- 1 cup mixed nuts
- 2 2/3 cup corn
- 2 2/3 c rice
- 2 2/3 cup wheat
- (or instead of last 3 ingredients, Chex Cereal)
Oatmeal Lace Cookies

Everyone loves these light crispy cookies!
- Mix together and add:
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup Oats (Quick Cooking)
- 2 tbsp Heavy Cream
- 2 tbsp Light Corn Syrup
- 1/3 cup melted margarine
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Sticky Buns

In large electric mixer bowl, mix 1 cup of flour, granulated sugar, salt, and yeast
- Topping:
- 4-5 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 2 pkg active dry yeast
- 1/3 cup butter or marg, softened
- 3/4 cup very worm water (120-130 degrees)
- 1 1/2 Tbls melted butter or marg.
- 1/2 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
- 1/3 cup butter or marg
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/3 cup light corn syrup
Fried Rice

Brown onion and bacon. Add other ingredients and cook 4-5 minutes
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 chopped onion
- 1/2 cup bacon
Quickie Mix (bisquick)

Mix all together with pastry blender
- 8 cups flour
- 3 cups instant dry milk
- 1 Tbls salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups oil
Veal Paillards with Mushroom, Mustard, and Sherry Sauce

Season veal paillards on both sides with salt and pepper
- 4 Veal Pallards
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 cups sliced mushroms
- 2 Tbsp minced shallot, 1 Tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 Tbsp medium-dry sherry
- 2 Tbsp grainy mustard
- 3/4 cup low-sodium chicken stock
- 2 Tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 Tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
Mexican Garden Salad

To prepare dressing, combine 1 cup salsa and sour cream; refrigerate until ready to serve
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 jar (16oz) think in chunky salsa
- 3 cups cooked and shreded chicken or 1 pound ground beef, cooked and drained
- 1/4 cup water (omit for microwave prep)
- 1 pkg (1 1/4 oz) toco seasoning
- 1 head lettuce, torn in bite size pieces
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 1 small red onion sliced thin, rings
- 1 avacado, chopped
- 1 carrot, shredded
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- 1 can (4 oz) chopped green chilies, drained
- 1 cup shredded chedder cheese
- 1 box (7 1/2 oz) torilla chips, broken
Brownie Pie

Mix milk, butter and chocolted together and melt chocolate
- 2/3 cup canned milk (5oz)
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 6 oz chocolate chips
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 Tbso flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 pie shell, uncooked
Potato and Sweet Potato Tian

Preheat oven to 350°. Toss together potatoes, sweet potatoes, apple, leeks, oil, and 1 tsp salt
- 1 lb Yukon Gold potatoes, thinly sliced
- 12oz sweet potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 green apple (6oz), cored and grated
- 3 leeks, white and pale-green parts only, halved lengthwise, sliced 1/8-inch thick, and rinsed well
- 1 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
- 2 oz grated Gruyere cheese (1 cup)
Three Cheese Hot Artichoke Dip

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 (8oz) block of chream cheese, softened
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 2 green onions, sliced thin
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- dash hot sauce
- dash worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper
