Korean Meat Balls

Mix together all ingredients and shap into 3/4" balls
- 3 lbs ground beef
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp salad oil
- 4 tsp sugar
- 2 Tbsp chopped grean onions
- 1/4 tsp marg
- 1/4 clove garlic
- 1/2 cup chopped water chestnuts (2/3 of an 8 1/2oz can)
Strawberry Meringue Torte

Line 2 greased cake pans with wax paper
- 1/2 cup shortning
- 1 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup 2 tlbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 4 cups strawberries
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2 eggs unbeaten
- 1 cup heavy cream
Rum Cake

Grease & flour 10 in. tube or 12 cup bunt pan
- Glaze:
- 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1 18 1/2 oz. pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1 3 3/4 oz. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cub cold water
- 1/2 cup Wesson oil
- 1/2 cup Bacardi dark rum
- 1/2 cub butter
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup Bacardi dark rum
Chimichurri

1)Microwave ¼ cup water on high for 45 seconds
- 1 Tbsp dried crushed red pepper
- 3 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 large bunches fresh cilantro, coarsely chopped (about 3 cups)
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
- ¼ tsp salt
Creamed Tacos

- 1 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1 onion
- 1 can tomatoes and green chilis
- tortillas
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 1 cup can milk
- 1 cup grated cheese
CrockPot Loaded Baked Potato Soup

Directions: - Add potatoes, onion, garlic, seasoning and chicken stock to slow cooker
- Ingredients:
- 5 lbs Russet Potatoes, washed but NOT peeled. Diced into 1/2 inch(ish) cubes
- 1 1/2 large yellow onion, diced
- 10 cloves of garlic (you can use whole, crushed, or minced)
- 8 cups chicken stock
- 16 oz cream cheese (I used 8oz regular and 8oz lowfat)
- TBS seasoned salt or all-purpose seasoning Garnishes:
- Crumbled bacon
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- Green onions
Green Bean Casserole

1)Preheat oven to 425°. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium
- 3 cups vegetable oil
- 6 large shallots, cut into very thin rounds, rings separated
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- Coarse salt and ground pepper
- 2 lbs green beans, trimmed and halved
- ¼ cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter
- 1 lb button mushrooms, trimmed and coarsely chopped
- 14.5 oz low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup whole milk
Coriander-Bay Spice Rub

In a small bowl combine all ingredients and mix well
- 1 Tbsp kosher salt
- 1 Tbsp packed brown sugar
- ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
- ½ tsp ground coriander
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp dried thyme, crushed
- ¼ tsp ground cloves
- ¼ tsp ground cardamom
- ¼ tsp ground ginger
- ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 small bay leaf, finely crumbled
Chocolate Ripple Pie

Melt together chocolate chips, corn syrup and 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg white
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup whipping cream.
White Chocolate Frosting

Melt chocolate. Blend in confectioner's sugar, salt, and hot water
- 4 oz white chocolate
- 3/4 cub confectioner's sugar
- dash of salt
- 2 tbs hot water
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
