- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 8 oz sour cream
Chocolate, Banana, and Graham Craker Icebox Cake

1)Line a 5x10 inch loaf pan with plastic wrap
- 15oz milk chocolate, chopped
- 5 large egg yolks
- Salt
- 3 cups heavy cream
- 20 graham cracker sheets
- 4 or 5 ripe bananas, very thinly sliced lengthwise
- Garnish: whipped cream
Chicken Paillards with Lemon-Butter Sauce

Season 4 Chicken paillards (from 2 breast halves) on both sides with salt and pepper
- 4 chicken paillards
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp unsalted butter
- ¼ cup shallot, minced or sliced
- Lemon juice and segments from 2 lemons
- ¾ cup low-sodium chicken stock
- 2-3 Tbsp unsalted butter
Coriander-Bay Spice Rub

In a small bowl combine all ingredients and mix well
- 1 Tbsp kosher salt
- 1 Tbsp packed brown sugar
- ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
- ½ tsp ground coriander
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp dried thyme, crushed
- ¼ tsp ground cloves
- ¼ tsp ground cardamom
- ¼ tsp ground ginger
- ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 small bay leaf, finely crumbled
White Chocolate Cake

Melt chocolate in boiling water
- 4 oz. white chocolate
- 1/2 cub boiling water
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 egg yolks, unbeaten
- 4 eggs whites, stiffly beaten
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 1/2 cups sifted cake flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup butter milk

Bring first 13 ingredients and 1 cup water to a boil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat
- ½ lb fresh green beans, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 (8oz) package sliced fresh mushrooms
- 2 medium zucchini, diced
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1 large red bell pepper, chopped
- ½ small eggplant, diced
- 1 small white onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp lime juice
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 ¼ tsp salt
- ¾ tsp garlic powder
- ¾ tsp ground cumin
- ¾ tsp pepper
- 16 (8-inch) soft taco-sized corn or flour tortillas, warmed

- Freshly ground black and white pepper to taste

Heat cream and add corn syrup and whish in chocolate until melted
- 1 Cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 12 oz chocolate, shaved
- 1 pinch of salt
