Pumpkin Whoopie Pies

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

- •1 cup Brown Sugar
- •1 cup Sugar
- •1 cup Vegetable Oil
- •1 can Pumpkin (15 Oz.)
- •2 whole Eggs
- •1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- •3 cups All-purpose Flour
- •1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- •1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- •1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
- •1 teaspoon Ground Ginger
- •½ teaspoons Salt
- •½ teaspoons Ground Nutmeg
- •¼ teaspoons Ground Cloves
- •1 package Cream Cheese Softened (8 Oz.)
- •1 stick Unsalted Butter, Room Temperature
- •1 package Powdered Sugar (16 Oz.)
- •3 drops Vanilla Extract
- •2 dashes Cinnamon

- 1 3/4 C light brown sugar
- 1/2 C veg oil
- 2 C flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 C sliced cooking apples
- 1/2 C walnut pieces, chopped
- 1/2 lb fresh whole raw cranberries
Alley Restaurant Pumpkin Crunch

- 2-1/2 cups (1 pound 3 ounces) pumpkin purée
- 1 cup (8 ounces) evaporated milk
- 2 large eggs (3.2 ounces)
- 3/4 cup (5.4 ounces) sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- Seeds scraped from 1/4 vanilla bean (or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract)
- 2 cups yellow cake mix
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 10 tablespoons (6 ounces, or 1-1/4 sticks) melted butter
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 drops vanilla extract
Peanut Butter Oatmeal Choc Chip Cookies

- 1 C brown sugar
- 1 C sugar
- 1 C peanut butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla

- 1 Tbs vinegar
- 2 C oatmeal
- 1 1/4 C flour
- 1 6oz pkg choc chips
Pickled Peaches

- 1 large can (28oz) sliced peaches in syrup
- 1/2 C sugar
- 1/2 C cider vinegar
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 C syrup from peaches
Moroccan Chicken

1.Season chicken with salt and brown in a large saucepan over medium heat until almost cooked through
- Original recipe makes 4 servings Change Servings
- 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast meat - cubed (I like to use dark meat also)
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 2 stalks celery, sliced
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger root
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup crushed tomatoes
- 1 cup canned chickpeas, drained
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- 1 lb ground cranberries
- 7-8 diced apples
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 1 1/2 - 2 cups sugar
- juice and rind of 1 orange
- 2 boxes red jello
- 2-3 cups water (or less)

- flour
- 1 Can Cream of Chicken soup
- 1 Can Cream of Celery soup
- 1/2 C sherry
- shredded cheddar

Omi's Cabbage Rolls

Put cabbage in boiling water to soften
- I:
- 1 1/1 lb ground pork
- 3/4 lb beef
- 1 slace bread, soaked in water and crumbled
- 1 c bread crumbs
- 3/4 cup evap. milk
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 lg head cabbage
- 1 slice bacon, chopped
- 1 lb sourkraut
- 3 slices bacon (1/2 cooked)
- 2 cups canned tomatoes
Spice Rubbed Grilled Flap Steaks
