Party Mix w/ White Chocolate

Marilyn's favorite… a variation of the ole Party Mix made sweet
- 1 10oz pkg mini pretzels
- 5 C Cheerios
- 5 C Corn Chex
- 1 lb M&Ms
- 2 C salted peanuts
- 24 oz white chocolate (candy coating)
- 3 Tbs veg oil
Grandma Skelly's Pretzel Salad

Mix pretzels, margarine and 3 Tbsp sugar together
- 2 cups crushed pretzel sticks
- 3/4 cup margarine, melted
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 1 8oz cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 medium size Cool Whip
- 1 large package strawberry jello
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 10oz packages frozen strawberries
Sweet Potatoe Fries

1.Prepare the sweet potatoes: In a small bowl, combine cumin, salt, and pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) ground red pepper
- 1 tablespoon(s) vegetable oil
- 2 large (about 1 1/2 pounds) sweet potatoes

- 4 Tbs melted butter
- 4 tsp fresh rosemary, crushed (or 1 tsp dried)
- 1/2 tsp chili powder

Asian Noodle Salad

Napa cabbage and lots of veggies… vegan! from Pioneer Woman
- SALAD INGREDIENTS:
- 1 package Linguine Noodles, Cooked, Rinsed, And Cooled
- 1/2 head Sliced Napa Cabbage, Or More To Taste
- 1/2 head Sliced Purple Cabbage, Or More To Taste
- 1/2 bag Baby Spinach, Or More To Taste
- 1 whole Red Bell Pepper, Sliced Thin
- 1 whole Yellow Bell Pepper, Sliced Thin
- 1 whole Orange Bell Pepper, Thinly Sliced
- 1 bag Bean Sprouts (also Called Mung Bean Sprouts)
- Chopped Cilantro, Up To 1 Bunch, To Taste
- 3 whole Scallions, Sliced
- 3 whole Cucumbers Peeled And Sliced
- 1 can (about 10 Oz.) Whole Cashews, Lightly Toasted In Skillet

- FOR THE DRESSING:
- 1 whole Lime, Juiced
- 8 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 8 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons (up To 3 Tablespoons) Sesame Oil
- 1/3 cup Brown Sugar
- 3 Tablespoons Fresh Ginger Chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, Chopped
- 2 whole Hot Peppers Or Jalapenos, Chopped
- Chopped Cilantro

- 4 skinless, boneless chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
Roasted Chicken and Carrots with Olives and Lemon

1. Heat oven to 425° F
- 1 * 1 chicken (3 1/2 to 4 pounds), cut into 10 pieces
- 2 * 2 pounds carrots, cut into 2-inch pieces (halved lengthwise if thick)
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup pitted kalamata olives
- 4 * 4 bay leaves
- 1 * 1 lemon, cut into wedges
- 2 * 2 tablespoons olive oil
- * kosher salt and black pepper
- 1 * 1 teaspoon paprika
Salmon Bake with Pecan Crunch Coating and Mango Salsa

- 4 (4-6oz) Salmon fillets
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Honey
- 1/4 cup soft bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans
- 2 tsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 2 ripe mangoes
- 1/2 cup red onions, diced
- 1 tsp orange zest
- 1 finely diced poblano pepper
- 1 diced red bell pepper
- shot of orange juice
- shor of red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 bunch chopped cilantro

- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice (juice of 1/2 lemon)
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup honey
- Melted chocolate chips & chopped walnuts for garnish, optional
