Directions: 1 Toss the Butterkase and Fontina cheese with the flour in a bowl
- 1 1/2 cups shredded butterkase cheese
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Fontina cheese
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup dry sherry
- 2 teaspoons chopped shallots
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped scallions

Directions: 1 Boil the macaroni in a 2 quart saucepan in plenty of water until tender, about 7 minutes
- 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
- 4 tablespoons butter, cut into pieces
- 2 1/2 cups about 10 ounces grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cheddar cheese soup
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Fruity Iced Tea

Directions In large saucepan, simmer water, cinnamon stick and cloves 15 minutes, covered
- 6 C. water
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 tsp. whole cloves
- 6 black tea bags
- 3-4 C. apricot or peach nectar
- Sugar or honey, to taste (optional)

Directions Mix all ingredients together and stir well
- 2 * 2 fresh avocados
- 1 * 1 lime wedge
- 1/2 * 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 * 2 Tbs. diced tomato
- 1 1/2 * 1 1/2 Tbs. fresh jalapenos, diced fine
- 1 * 1 Tbs. red onion, diced fine
- 1 * 1 tsp. chopped cilantro

1 Place the potatoes, carrots, celery and tomato into a 3 1/2-quart slow cooker
- 4 medium potatoes, cut into quarters (about 4 cups)
- 2 cups fresh or thawed frozen whole baby carrots
- 1 stalk celery, cut into 1-inch pieces (about 3/4 cup)
- 1 medium Italian plum tomato, diced
- 1 beef bottom round roast or beef chuck pot roast (2 1/2 to 3 pounds)
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Tomato Soup
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbsp. chopped roasted garlic * or chopped fresh garlic
- 1 tsp. each dried basil leaves, dried oregano leaves and dried parsley flakes, crushed
- 1 tsp. vinegar

- 8 slices white bread, 3/4 to 1 inch thick
- 3/4 C. strawberry, raspberry or apricot preserves, or orange marmalade

- 2 Tbs. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 C. corn flakes
