- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce
- 2 tablespoons Tony Chachere's seasoning (or other Cajun seasoning blend)
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 pounds ground turkey
- 1 cup quick oats, uncooked
- 1 to 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup ketchup
John Kuro’s Cheesecake

- Prepare the graham cracker crust:
- Combine 1/4 lb. melted butter
- 2 1/4 C. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 T. powdered sugar
- Press into pan (I use a 9 inch spring form pan)
- Bake for 10 minutes and cool. Refrigerate until needed.
- Make 3 batters:
- 1 small package lemon jello (not sugar free), mix with 1 C. boiling water
- Cream 8 oz. Cream Cheese and 1/2 C. Sugar and 2 tsp. vanilla

Roasted Fingerling Potatoes with Cheese

Preheat oven to 425F. Grease a 15 x 10-inch baking pan with oil
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 pounds fingerling potatoes or small red-skinned potatoes, cut diagonally into halves
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 1/2 tablespoons minced fresh thyme leaves (or 1 tsp dried thyme leaves)
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh nutmeg
- 1 cup shredded Gruyere or Swiss cheese
