Creamy Chicken and Carrots Recipe

Place chicken in a 1-1/2-qt
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (6 ounces each)
- 1/2 pound fresh baby carrots, cut in half lengthwise
- 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 can (4 ounces) mushroom stems and pieces, drained
- Hot cooked rice, optional
Bloody Mary Gazpacho with Shrimp

To prepare gazpacho, combine all ingredients except shrimp in a large bowl
- 1 quart tomato juice
- 1 1/2 cups grape tomatoes, chopped
- 3 celery stalks, finely diced (about 1 cup)
- 1 English cucumber, seeds removed, finely diced
- 1 medium red bell pepper diced
- 1 medium red onion, diced (about 1 cup)
- 1 jalapeno pepper, stemmed, seeded, minced
- 1 large garlic clove, minced
- 1/3 cup fresh lemon or lime juice
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 to 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 1 pound large shrimp, poached
Polish Poultry Recipe

In a large bowl, combine first four ingredients
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
- 1 can (27 ounces) sauerkraut, undrained
- 3/4 pound Johnsonville® Polish Kielbasa Sausage or Polish sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 broiler/fryer chicken (2 to 3 pounds), cut up
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

- 2 butterfly pork chops, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 carrots, thinly sliced
- 2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
- 1/2 (12 ounce) package frozen shrimp, thawed
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons yellow curry powder
- 1/4 cup water

Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 medium onion, roughly chopped
- 4 large cloves garlic, roughly chopped
- 2 jalapenos, seeded and sliced
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried cumin
- 1 (28-ounce) can chopped tomatoes
- 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
- Few dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 3 to 4 cups chicken stock
- 1 lime
- 1 cup cooked white rice
- Kosher salt
- Sour cream, for garnish
