Fish Curry

From Anne, my neighbor in the lower flat when we lived in Innellan, Scotland
- (25 grams) 1 oz. flour
- 1 onion, skinned and sliced
- (225 grams) 8 oz. carrots, pared and sliced
- 1 green pepper, seeded and diced
- (20 ml) 4 teaspoons curry powder
- 1 apple, peeled, cored and chopped
- (300 ml) 1/2 pint chicken stock
- (15 ml) 1 tablespoon flour
- (5 ml) 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- (450 grams) l pound white fish
- Chopped parsley to garnish
REUBEN WRAP

- Head of cabbage Napa or regular cabbage I like the Napa
- Decide how many wraps you want to make and carefully take the leaves off the cabbage.
- example..I made 9 wraps so I used 9 leaves
- 1 slice of reduced-fat Swiss cheese

- 1 tablespoon grainy mustard
