Catsup BBQ Sauce

Place butter and onion in microwave safe bowl and heat on high for 3 mins
- 2 T. butter
- 1 small onion, grated
- 1 cup catsup
- 1/8 cup white vinegar
- 4 T. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/8 t. garlic powder
- 1/4 t. seasoned salt
- 2 t. pepper
- 1 T. chili powder
No Bake Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

Beat softened cream cheese, sugar and butter until smooth
- 1 1/2 cups mini chocolate chips
- 1 8-oz. pkg + 1 3-oz. pkg (11 oz. total) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed, or homemade whipped cream
- 1 9-in. graham cracker crust (I prefer the Oreo crust with this)
Pasta Pancetta

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil
- 5 shallots, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 6 ounces pancetta bacon, diced
- 2 cups fresh sliced mushrooms
- 2 pinches freshly ground black pepper
- 2 pinches dried oregano
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 (12 ounce) package linguine pasta
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Orzo with Artichokes, Pine Nuts, and Feta

1. Cook orzo according to directions
- 1 7 oz tub Trader Joe's Grilled Marinated Artichokes
- 1 1/2 cups orzo (10 oz) from the pasta aisle
- 3 tablespoons pine nuts, coarsely chopped (Trader Joe's Dry Toasted Pignolias)
- 1 cup crumbled feta (try the one with Mediterranean herbs)
- 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 1 lemon
- salt & pepper to taste
FETTUCCINE WITH LEMON, ROSEMARY AND FRESH FIGS

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil
- 2 * 2 or 3 (1-inch-thick) slices Italian bread, crusts trimmed, torn into pieces
- 6 * 6 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 * 2 tablespoons pignoli (pine nuts)
- 1/2 * 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 * 1 pound fresh green figs (Calimyrna, Kadota or Desert King), stems trimmed, cut into 1/2-inch-thick wedges
- 1 * 1 tablespoon grated lemon zest
- 1 * 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
- * Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 * 1 pound fresh fettuccine
- 1/4 * 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

The trick to making this recipe, is to lightly cover half of the piece of bacon with a very thin coat of chocolate
- 8 slices thin sliced bacon
- 2 (1.45 ounce) dark chocolate candy bars
