TJ's Garlic Nan Bruschetta Pizza

1. Spread frozen naan with bruschetta and top with cheese
- 1 piece Frozen Garlic Naan
- 2 tbsp Antipasto Bruschetta (7 per 7 ounce tub)
- 1/2 cup Quattro Formaggio Cheese
Parmesan Chicken Packets

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat
- 4 sheets aluminum foil, 12"x18" each
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 cup spaghetti sauce
- 2 medium zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Cilantro Noodles

Blanch noodles in boiling water and run under cold
- 3 pkg. Ramen Noodles (throw away spice package)
- 1/4 cup sliced shallots
- 2 t. canola oil
- 1 t. toasted sesame oil
- 2 T. Low salt Soy Sauce
- 1/2 c chopped fresh cilantro
- salt to taste
Grilled Apple, Bacon and Cheddar Sandwich w/Red Onion Mayo

Mayo: Preheat oven to 375F
- Sandwich:
- 2 slices sourdough or other hearty bread
- 4 slices thick-cit bacon, cooked crisp
- 4 slices Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 Granny Smith apple, cored, sliced thin
- Roasted Red Onion Mayo
- butter
- Mayo:
- 1 medium red onion, chopped
- 2 t EVOO
- salt and pepper
- 1 cup mayo

Pre-heat oven to 375°F Lightly grease cookie sheets
- 1 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cups white sugar
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 4 eggs
- 3 teaspoons vanilla
- 4 1/2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 5 cups chocolate chips
- 2 cups sweetened coconut
- 2 cups chopped almonds
Fennel Chai for sore throats

- 1 T. fennel seeds
- 1/4 t. powdered ginger
- 1 clove
- 1/2 piece stick cinnamon
- 1 t. brown sugar or honey
- 2 cups water

Puree 3/4 cup of fruit. Stir in milk
- 1 cup fruit cut into bite sized portions
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg separated
- 1/2 cup sugar + 2 T. sugar
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1 t. vanilla
- dash of salt

Freezer trick. The rule is to bake muffin batter as soon as it is mixed, or you can freeze the batter
- 1 egg
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 cup apple butter
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 1/4 cups white sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups grated carrots
- 1 apple - peeled, cored, and chopped
- 1 cup raisins
- 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
- 2 tablespoons toasted wheat germ
Costa Rican BBQ Sauce

Combine all ingredients in a large heavy saucepan
- 1 cup molasses
- 2 * 2 cups Costa Rican strong perked black coffee
- 1 * 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 3 *3 cups tomato ketchup
- 1 *1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1/4 *1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 * 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 *1 cup yellow onion, finely chopped
- 1 * 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/3 *1/3 cup Melinda’s Original Habanero Pepper Sauce
- 1 teaspoon ground chili powder
- * Fat rendered from 4 slices hickory smoked bacon
Bacon Cobb Pitas

- 1 package pita bread (6 pitas)
- 16 ounces bacon, fried and sliced in halves
- 6 hard boiled eggs, sliced
- 1 pound shaved ham, turkey or both
- 1 large cucumber, thinly sliced
- 8 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
- Ranch dressing to taste
