Sweet and Sour Meatballs

Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray
- Meatballs:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 finely diced onion
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- Sauce:
- 1 (20-ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained with juice reserved
- 1/3 cup water, plus more, divided
- 1 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1 small carrot, sliced thinly
- 1 large green bell pepper, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
- 1 small onion, cut into wedges and separated
Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo

Prepare linguine according to pkg
- 8 oz. linguine
- 1 cup fresh or frozen broccoli florets
- 2 T. butter
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
- 1 can Campbell's Condensed Cream of Mushroom
- 1/2 C milk
- 1/2 C grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 t. ground black pepper
Graham Cracker Cake

Sprinkle top with turbinado sugare and sea salt for a sweet/crunchy/salty taste
- 6 Tbsp. butter, softened
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup graham cracher crumbs (about 3 sheets)
- 3/4 cup brown sugar cooked crumbs (or all graham)
- 1/2 cup whole-wheat flour
- 1 t. baking powder
- 1/2 t. baking soda
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 t. turbinado sugar
- 1/2 t. sea salt
Slow Cooker Roast Beef

You can use any cut of meat for this one, the tougher, the better, as that's the one that will have the most flavor
- 1 packet dry ranch dressing mix
- 1 packet dry Italian dressing mix
- 1 packet dry brown gravy mix
- 1 beef roast, any cut

- 1 6-ounce can tomato paste
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
