Overnight French Toast

French Toast: The night before: Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray
- French Toast:
- 1 loaf French bread
- 8 eggs
- 3 cups milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Praline Syrup:
- 1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
Pumpkin Pie Topping

Midnight Bliss Chocolate Bundt Cake

- 1 pkg. (2-layer size) chocolate cake mix, any variety
- 1 pkg. (4-serving size) Jell-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding & Pie Filling
- 1/2 cup flavored instant coffee, any flavor
- 4 eggs
- 1 container (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 pkg. (8 squares) semi-sweet baking chocolate, chopped
