DISSOLVE coffee granules in boiling water
- 2 Tbsp.Maxwell House Instant Coffee Original Roast
- 1/4 cup boiling water
- 18 Honey Maid Graham Wafers, divided
- 1 tub (250 g) Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese Spread
- 1/4 cup icing sugar
- 3 cups thawed Cool Whip Light Whipped Topping
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 tsp.unsweetened cocoa powder
German Cabbage Rolls

Mix sauce ingredients in saucepan and simmer 30 min
- SAUCE:
- 1 28 oz can tomatoes
- 1 8 oz can tomato sauce
- 3 tbsp Brown sugar
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 Small onion, chopped
- 1 Bay leaf
- 1/2 tsp Celery salt
- 1/2 tsp All spice
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 cup Water
- 1/4 cup Chopped parsley (fresh)
- ROLLS:
- 16 Cabbage leaves
- 2 lb Ground beef
- 1 cup Cooked white rice
- 1 Large onion, chopped fine
- 1/2 cup Chopped parsley
- 1 tsp Sage
- Salt and pepper
Peanut Butter Silk Cake

- 11 Heat oven to 350°F (or 325°F for dark or nonstick pans). Generously grease bottoms only of 2 (8- or 9-inch) round cake pans with shortening or cooking spray.
- 22 In large bowl, beat cake mix, water, 1/2 cup peanut butter, the oil and eggs with electric mixer on low speed 30 seconds. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally. Pour into pans.
- 33 Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Run knife around sides of pans to loosen cakes; remove from pans to cooling rack. Cool completely, about 1 hour.
- 44 In 2-quart saucepan, melt butter over medium heat; stir in brown sugar. Heat to boiling; boil and stir 1 minute. Remove from heat. Refrigerate 10 minutes.

- 1 cup shelled peanuts
- Mix together (do not boil)
- 1 pkg marshmallows
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/4 cup margerine
No Bake Baileys Cheesecake

* Melt the butter in medium sized pan and add the shortbread crumbs
- 3 1/2 oz butter
- 8 3/4 oz Walkers shortbread, made into crumbs
- 1 lb, 5oz Philadelphia cream cheese
- 1 oz Baileys
- 3 1/2 oz powdered sugar
- 10 1/2 oz heavy cream, whipped
- 2 packets Maltesers Chocolates, crushed (available in British section of grocery store)
- 7 1/4 oz heavy cream, whipped for topping
- 3 tablespoons Maltesers Chocolate, shaved
- cocoa powder, to dust

COOK ribs and peppercorns in large saucepan of boiling water 45 min
- 4 lb. (1.8 kg) pork baby back ribs
- 1 tsp. black peppercorns
- 1/3 cup Kraft Pure Apricot Jam
- 2/3 cup Bull's-Eye Sweet & Sticky Barbecue Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. hot pepper sauce

- 1 cup corn syrup (or liquid honey)
