Peanut Brittle

Add: 1(level) tsp. baking soda, stirring quicklly, pour onto greased cookie sheet
- Add:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- Boil 4 minutes
- 1 cup salted peanuts
- Boil until it starts to turn brown.
- Add:
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. margerine
- Boil 2 minutes

In a microwave, melt 1 cup chocolate chips
- 2 cups (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips, divided
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 egg whites
- 1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar

- 1 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup lightly packed brown sugar
- 2/3 cup peanut butter
- 1 egg
Tuna Penne Bake

1. Prepare pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and adding peas for last 5 minutes of cooking time
- 1 can (10 oz) CAMPBELL'S® Condensed Cream of Celery Soup
- 2 1/2 cups uncooked dry penne pasta
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 2/3 cup 1% milk
- 2 cans (170 g each) tuna, drained and flaked
- 3 tbsp whole grain Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup shredded, sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup mixture of coarsely chopped onion and mushrooms
- Cracked black pepper for garnish

In a heavy saucepan over low heat, cook and stir candy coating and chips until melted and smooth
- 2 pounds white candy coating, coarsely chopped
- 1 package (12 ounces) HERSHEY’®S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1 package (11-1/2 ounces) HERSHEY®’S Milk Chocolate Baking Chips
- 5 cups salted dry roasted peanuts

- 1 1/4 cups quick rolled oats

- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsps. clear vanilla
- 1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts
- Powdered sugar

No Bake Eclair Cake

- Ingredients for the frosting:
- 1 package (1 lb.) graham crackers
- 2 small french vanilla instant pudding (3.4 ounces each)
- 3 1/2 cups milk (I used skim)
- 8 oz. Cool whip
- 3 tablespoons of Cocoa
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoons of butter (room temperature)
- 3 tablespoons of warm milk
