Shrimp and Chicken Stir-fry with vegetables
- breasts of 2 chickens
- 8 ozs. small uncoooked shelled shripm
- 2 tsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. dry sherry
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- 1-2 Tb_sp. cooking oil
- &2 cups fresh bbroccoli in small pieces
- 8 tiny onion or 2 lo=arger quartered
- 1 cup diagonally sliced celery
- 1 small green pepper, cut in squares
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- l cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- a few snow peas
- 8 cherry tomatoes halved

Pasta. With fresh garden spices.

- 2 TBSP Olice oil, oil in pan
- Add green onion 2-3 chopped
- Garlic 5 cloves crushed
- Oregano 1/2 tsp fine cut
- Anchovy fillets 1/3 cup ( whole small can), cut fine
- Capers 1/4 cup
- 1/3 cup Basil or 1 tsp ground ( 1/3 cup fine chopped fresh)
- Tomatoe Sause, 1 large Can
- 3 cups cooked pasta.

Wash beans. Cover in large container with water

- 1/4 c. lima beans
- 1/4 c. kidney beans
- 1/4 c. pinto beans
- 1/4 c. lentils
- 1/4 c. yellow split peas
- 1/4 c. white pea beans
- 2 quarts water
- 1/2 lb. ham or ham hocks
- large can tomatoes
- juice of whole lemon (1/3 cup)
- salt and pepper to taste (about 2 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp pepper)
- 1 whole onion chopped
- 1/4 tsp red hot pepper
- 2 tsp. chili powder

Chicken and Shrimp stir fry with vegies, snow peas Makes 4 servings
- 4 chicken breast halves
- 8 oz. small uncooked shelled shrimp
- 2 tsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. dry sherry
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- 1-2 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 2 cups broccoli in small pieces
- 8 tiny onions (or 2 larger quartered)
- 1 c. diagonally sliced celery
- 1 small green pepper, cut in squares(or red)
- 1/4 c. chicken broth
- 1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
- A few snow peas, fresh or defrosted (optional)
- 8 cherry tomatoes halved

- 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
