  • 1 small red onion
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar or lemon juice
  • 1 small clove of garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • basil, mint, cilantro or parsley optional

  • 3/4 cup + 3/4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 3/4 Tbsp capers, chopped
