Breads: Oyster Dressing

Combine oysters with water and butter
- 8 hamburger buns
- 1 loaf of bread
- 4/5 biscuits
- 1 whole package crackers
- 1 pint oysters
- 1 cup water
- 1 stick butter
- 1 pint milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 heaping t poultry seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 stick butter to grease pan
Beef: Lasagna

- 1 3/4 lb ground beef
- 1 medium size onion, chopped
- 1/4 to 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 1 can Tomato Paste, large
- 1 can Tomato Puree, large
- 1 can Tomato Sauce, large
- 1 T Basil
- 1 T Parsley
- Onion Salt
- Celery Salt
- Garlic Powder
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 lb Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 lb Cottage Cheese
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 box Lasagna noodles, cooked
- Parmesan cheese

- 1 1/3 cup oil
- 4 t white wine vinegar

- 1/2 salad oil
- 2 T sugar
- 2 T red wine vinegar
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1/4 t salt

- 1 large avocado
- 1 small cuke
- 2 T green onion
- 1 can oranges

- 4 cups cooked grits
- 8 T butter
- 6 cups grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 8 eggs, well beaten
- 3/4 t Tabasco
- 2 t Accent
- Salt to taste (1/2 t or less)
- 1/4 t powdered garlic
