- 1 T white corn syrup
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 t vanilla

- 1 cup 4X sugar
- 2 T warm milk
- 1/2 t vanilla

- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 t cinnamon
- 1/4 cup sifted bread flour
- 3 T soft butter
- Few drops vanilla
- 3 T chopped nuts
Breads: Honey's Muffins

Soak oats in buttermilk for 1 hour
- 1 cup old fashion oats
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup egg beaters
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 t soda
- 1 t baking powder
- 1/2 cup apple sauce
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup raisins

- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 2 cups water
- 2 cans cut tomatoes
- 2 cups rotel tomatoes
- 1 large can of V-8 juice

- 2 medium heads of cabbage, chop or shred
- 6 sweet peppers
- 8 onions
- Sauce
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1/3 cup salt
- 3 cups sugar or less
- 1 T mustard seed

Heat oven to 400 degrees Grease bottom of 12 regular size muffin cups or place paper baking cup in each muffin cup
- 1 cup Fiber One cereal
- 2 egg whites or 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 containers (6 oz each) low fat yogurt
- 1 1/2 cups Gold Medal all purpose flour
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 1/4 t baking soda
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries or raspberries, if desired
