- 1/4 cup olive oil, divided
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 avocado, halved, seeded, peeled and diced
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup basil leaves, chiffonade

Cream first 6 ingredients including yolks Beat whites until the are stiff then fold in Sift dry ingredients and
- 1 cup shortening
- 1 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 t vanilla
- 3 eggs, separated
- 1 cup cold water
- 1/3 cup puréed tomatoes
- 2 1/2 cups cake flour
- 1/2 cup dry cocoa
- 1 1/2 t baking soda
- 1 t salt

- 1 stick butter
- 2 squares chocolate
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 whole unbeaten eggs

- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 t vanilla extract
- 3 T milk

- 1 (4oz) pkg. soft cream cheese with herbs
- 1/4 cup prepared tartar sauce
- 1/2 medium cucumber, sliced into 12 circles
