Soups: Lynn's Famous Gazpacho

- 2 medium cucumbers, peeled and diced
- 2 lbs ripe tomatoes, 6 large, chopped
- 1/2 medium red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 3 carrots. chopped
- 1/2 cup onion, thinly sliced
- 3 T fresh lemon juice
- 1 T olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- celery salt or garlic salt
- red pepper flakes
- avocado
- radish
- cilantro
- 6 T yogurt
- 1/2 cup water
Beef: Orange Teriyaki Beef Roast

Shake flour in Reynolds Oven Bag Place in 9x13x2 baking dish
- 2 T flour
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 t grated orange peel
- 1/2 t crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 pound beef top round roast, 1 inch thick

- 1/4 cup sliced green onions

- 2/3 cup vinegar
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1 t salt
- 1 t pepper

- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons crab boil seasoning
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon water

- 1 teaspoon dry lemon peel or 2 packs lemonade Country Time lemonade (2 qt measure in cap)
