Pesto Potato Salad

Cook potatoes in boiling water to cover 15 minutes or until tender
- 2 1/2 lb tiny new potatoes (about 24)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/3 c freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 c packed fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp pine nuts
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp water
- 3 tbsp olive oil

Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a 13x9x2" pan
- 1 box (18.25 oz) white cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 c oil
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
- 1 c (6 oz) semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 stick (1/4 c) butter, cut small
